I tend to mainly work helping people with where they are on their life journey, so what comes up is what can really help you now and particularly if you are feeling stuck, needing some sense of direction. I sometimes also pick up on thought processes that are creating health conditions. Many challenges we face are in fact a reflection of what is happening in our own mind and our inner dialogue.
