I have an update that I am very happy with. I have found that the Cacao Experience has healed unexpected family issues miraculously it seems within myself. I just don't feel the same. 

When was it? Two weeks ago? I now feel like the circle is closed.

Did I tell you about the stone? When I picked it up it reminded me of a period in the ceremony you told me to relax and tell you  what I see or feel.  At the time I saw I was between the ground and trees. I took the stone and held it to pray/meditate.

I have used truth forgiving and gratitude and felt so grounded and earthy. family issues seem to have disappeared from my arena, I wasn't expecting that Louise ☺️ 

It was lovely at the ceremony chatting with you while you prepared the offering and watching you prepare the mixture, it's not like chocolate and I hadn't eaten in preparation I was hungry, lol

Your advice given during the chats worked well for me too. 
Overall really good result for me, thanks for the ceremony definitely I would do that again but going into with more intention next time.

I have attended several yoga sessions with Louise and she delivers a spiritual and holistic approach to her yoga sessions to help relax your mind and body and promote your physical and mental well being.
During her sessions she teaches different techniques to help you to relax, practice your breathing and delivers different forms of meditation to help you to unwind and let go of any issues or anxieties you may be feeling during that time.
I have always come away from the sessions with Louise feeling more relaxed and less anxious than when I started and definitely sleep better after them.
