A physical and energetic body scan will take you on a very alert yet peaceful awareness sensation journey through yourself.

MANTRA ~ sounds/words using your voice in this practice will resonate with the tones of an instrument, so you feel the healing vibrations of your voice through your entire body as you resonate as one.

VISUALIZATION ~ Finally lie back and relax into stillness as you allow your mind to escape while receiving healing REIKI.
