SHAMANIC HEALING JOURNEY CIRCLE PART - 1

SHAMANIC JOURNEYING

I've been giving 1-1 healing journeys for some time and many other types of group work, I hand on heart can say I have personally experienced power of how journeying can really turn around my life. Having seen others process and shared guidance, I am strongly being drawn to starting my own Journey Circle, so here it is!

Talking therapies have their part to play, but verbally problem solving can be a minefield:

- We have to trudge through the depths of our mind trying to recall details of events, triggers, what age we were, what was happening around us etc

- We have to recall our thoughts, feelings and emotions.

- And if we can remember all that we then have to find all the right words and explain the details to someone else who will hopefully understand where we are coming from

A picture paints a thousand words and we can think approximately 200 times faster than what we can speak. Therefore when we consciously journey for 6, 8 or 10 minutes, our creative, imaginative subconscious mind drives the waking dream. The wonderful thing is it's our subconscious mind bringing into our awareness what we need to see and what we are ready to heal. In the journey we are also training our conscious mind to break down our own barriers, creating new, healthier neural-pathways so we feel more empowered, confident and in control of our own thoughts, emotions and behaviour patterns.

Integration from a journey is so important for the clarity and learning from what we have been shown. Looking into details of the imagery we gain the understanding and meaning, connecting different aspects, bringing about the learning from what we saw and we did in our lucid dream state. We can all dream, therefore we can all journey.
