Gentle exercises are used under control and with the breath, helping the body with move with more ease. Some pauses in movement are used to help the body relax into poses (aiding Myofascia Release).
- The classes are simple, a great way to improve fitness as well as having some fun.
- Exercises are adapted to individual's ability and needs. I can travel to social groups, care homes, village halls and 1-1's. I am available in person sessions as well as online.
